Autograph & Photo Questions

Are you able to get specific people to attend?

We certainly can try if you have a suggestion, however, people in the industry typically have representatives / agents who contact us. We will try to locate a personality if we feel that they would be a good fit. Please keep in mind that these are people too who have personal and professional lives which might prevent them from attending our festival.

I represent a talent. How do I get them into your Festival?

Please email us via our contact form and we will get back in touch with you.

May I interview one of the Stars?

Please email us via our contact form and we will address case by case.

Do Guests provide items to autograph or do I need to provide my own?

Really depends on the person.  Generally, they will have a photo of themselves, but generally they will sign something you bring in.  Ultimately, they have the right to refuse.

Can I take a picture of the Star?

Please ask first. Keep in mind, you want their picture because of who they are. That image is very much owned by them. Most will say yes. Some will want payment. Be respectful of others.

May I take a picture of anything?

Again…always a good idea to ask beforehand. Some people are uncomfortable having themselves or maybe their booth in a picture. Please be mindful of others. You will not be alone, and your actions directly affect others around you. Have fun but be courteous. Heck…we would love for you to photo journal your visit and post them on social media with a mention, but only with permission.

How much are autographs?

Prices will vary from guest to guest, so please read their signage or ask. Warriors and Wizards Festival does not require or dictate pricing.

Can I buy an autograph online?

No.  The Guest may be set up on their website, but we are not set up for that.

What times do Guests sign autographs?

Generally, our Guests are signing all throughout the day.  If they are not on a Panel, introducing a movie, on break or at a meal, they would be signing.  Please check the schedule for a heads up of where they might be.

Can I have a Guest sign more than one item?

I believe that most Guests would welcome the opportunity.  Please keep in mind that they charge per autograph.  If the sign 3 items, you will need to pay them for three autographs

Can I send you an item to have autographed for me as I will not be able to attend this year’s Festival?

Sorry, we are unable to assist you.

Can I take my picture with a Guest?

Depends on the Guest.  Please ask the Guest if it is okay and how much.  Some will do it for free while others will charge a small fee.  The Festival doesn’t regulate this, it is totally up to the Guest.  Please remember that others are anxious to meet these people as well.

How long will each of the Guest be there for the Festival?

Please check our Home page which clearly states how long each Guest will be attending our Festival. Please check back closer to the festival to view the schedule.
